This role focuses on building production-grade AI applications, improving data ingestion and correlation, and helping analysts turn complex technical cyber threat intelligence data into actionable insights.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Develop and deploy artificial intelligence applications that support cyber threat intelligence analysis and production.\n- Build solutions that improve the ingestion, storage, correlation and use of large volumes of technical threat intelligence data.\n- Apply data science practices to process, enrich and analyse complex cyber-related datasets.\n- Prototype, iterate and improve applications based on stakeholder feedback.\n- Translate advanced analytics and machine learning outputs into practical organisational insights.\n- Support data science initiatives across projects that require scalable approaches to large data volumes.\n- Validate deliverables with project leadership and technical peers throughout the delivery lifecycle.\n- Participate in project and team meetings to provide status updates and align priorities.\n- Maintain awareness of relevant developments in data science, artificial intelligence and applied machine learning.\n- Apply quality control practices to ensure deliverables are ready for review, inspection and acceptance.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- At least 2 years of specific experience with a relevant university degree, or at least 4 years of similar professional experience supported by recognised industry certifications.\n- Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research or another quantitative discipline with strong data science and artificial intelligence content.\n- Experience developing, prototyping, evaluating and deploying production-grade generative artificial intelligence applications.\n- Understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations.\n- Ability to synthesise complex data and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n- Active SECRET-level security clearance suitable for high-security international environments.\n- Collaborative, curious and delivery-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Python\n- Generative artificial intelligence\n- Machine learning\n- Advanced analytics\n- Data science\n- Data ingestion and correlation\n- Large-scale data processing\n- PyTorch\n- TensorFlow\n- LangChain\n- Hugging Face\n- pandas\n- scikit-learn\n- AI application evaluation and optimisation\n- Cyber threat intelligence data\n- Quality control practices\n- AI governance awareness\n- Cybersecurity best practices\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience in cybersecurity or intelligence environments.\n- Software development background.\n- Experience with DevOps practices.\n- Experience with Azure or AWS.\n- Experience writing code collaboratively using modern development tools.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 22 000 - EUR 28 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 34 000\/year\nRelocation package available\n\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
