This role focuses on coordinating deployments across industrial environments, engaging stakeholders across countries and regions, and ensuring projects are delivered with structure, speed and ownership.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Lead cybersecurity projects from scoping to delivery, with clear objectives, planning, risk assessment and follow-up.\n- Coordinate OT-focused security deployments across industrial sites and international stakeholder groups.\n- Work closely with cybersecurity, OT, IT, business, procurement, legal, vendors and service providers.\n- Prepare and lead project committees, steering materials, progress updates and executive-level reporting.\n- Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, budgets, KPIs and action plans.\n- Support remediation initiatives following audits, assessments or security reviews.\n- Coordinate RFI and RFP processes for cybersecurity solutions when required.\n- Facilitate the integration of security requirements into IT and OT initiatives.\n- Translate cybersecurity and industrial technology topics into clear, actionable messages for non-technical stakeholders.\n- Drive progress with autonomy, pace, structure and a solution-oriented mindset.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, OT or industrial environments.\n- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical, operational and business teams.\n- Strong autonomy, proactivity and ownership in complex delivery contexts.\n- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior, technical and operational stakeholders.\n- Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in evolving cybersecurity and industrial environments.\n- Structured approach to planning, reporting, governance and follow-up.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n- Collaborative mindset, with honesty, mutual support and agility in the way you work.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Project management\n- PMO practices\n- Reporting and KPI tracking\n- Cybersecurity fundamentals\n- OT and industrial systems awareness\n- IT fundamentals\n- Risk and issue management\n- Budget tracking\n- Steering committee preparation\n- RFI and RFP coordination\n- Vendor and service provider coordination\n- Security policy and compliance awareness\n- NIS2\n- GDPR\n- Cybersecurity best practices\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience with cybersecurity projects in industrial or manufacturing environments.\n- Exposure to OT security initiatives across multiple sites or countries.\n- Knowledge of ISO\/IEC 27001 or information security management practices.\n- Experience supporting audit remediation or security action plans.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 16 000 - EUR 24 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 32 000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
