AO6717 \u00b7 Portugal \u00b7 -1 \u00b7 Open<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"boond_id":"6717","boond_reference":"AO6717","boond_place":"mondeeuropeportugal","boond_place_label":"Portugal","boond_state":12,"boond_state_label":"Open","boond_start_date":"immediate","boond_closing_date":"","boond_answer_date":"","boond_duration":255,"boond_raw_description":"Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o: Portugal\nModelo de trabalho: Remoto\nIdioma: Ingl\u00eas (obrigat\u00f3rio) C1 minimo\nRate: a definir","boond_criteria":"ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY\n\nJoin a remote opportunity in Portugal within the enterprise transformation consulting sector, supporting large-scale environments in improving developer experience, modernising software delivery practices and embedding AI-assisted engineering across the software development lifecycle.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Design and implement developer experience improvements across tooling, workflows, automation, security and collaboration practices.\n- Lead workshops, maturity assessments, roadmaps and technical enablement sessions with engineering and IT leadership stakeholders.\n- Embed AI-assisted engineering and automation practices across the software delivery lifecycle.\n- Support governance, security and compliance alignment across delivery practices.\n- Contribute to discovery, proof-of-value activities and the positioning of developer experience transformation services.\n- Build reusable assets, playbooks and accelerators to improve delivery consistency and efficiency.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Senior experience in SDLC, DevOps and enterprise developer workflow modernisation.\n- Ability to lead client-facing workshops and maturity assessments with autonomy.\n- Professional working proficiency in English at C1 level or equivalent.\n- Responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset in complex delivery contexts.\n- Ownership, clear communication and a continuous improvement mindset.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- SDLC and DevOps practices.\n- CI\/CD, version control, automation and platform engineering.\n- AI-assisted engineering tools, code-generation assistants and agentic coding practices.\n- Developer productivity and workflow optimisation.\n- Governance, security and compliance best practices.\n- Technical enablement and adoption roadmaps.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem, especially Jira and AI-enabled developer workflow capabilities.\n- Experience in regulated environments such as finance, public sector or healthcare.\n- Prior consulting delivery experience.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 22,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 35,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
