Acting as a critical bridge between business needs and technical execution, this role ensures system configuration accuracy, manages project risks, monitors system KPIs, and drives user adoption.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Core Model Development &amp; Architecture:<\/strong><span> Co-design Case Management architecture and process flows alongside technical teams to ensure operational efficiency, ensuring all configurations align with the master project plan during both deployment and run phases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>Risk Management &amp; Problem Solving:\u00a0<\/strong><span>Analyze risks, raise critical points of attention, and implement solutions to ensure smooth stream completion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><strong>Testing, Validation &amp; Analytics:<\/strong><span> Organize and oversee rigorous data and process testing campaigns to guarantee solution acceptance. Define, produce, and maintain Case Management KPIs and operational dashboards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><strong>Change Management &amp; Support Preparation:<\/strong><span> Collaborate with the Business\u00a0 team to co-produce and validate training and communication content, while preparing the ongoing HRIS support structure for incident treatment and reporting.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Requisitos<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Master&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Experience:<\/strong><span> 3 to 5 years of experience working with HRIS payroll and\/or Core HR systems within a global, large-scale project environment (consulting firm or internal corporate team).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Domain Expertise:<\/strong> Deep understanding of HR support and case management processes, support organization structures, and KPI management.
